Goodbye Seniors
Eagles Honor Seniors as they prepare to move on!

As the team starts preparing for the 2007-2008 season, it is important that we take the opportunity to honor the contributions of our seniors from the last season. Captain Zach Messer from Duluth, Minnesota is to be congratulated for successfully earning his degree in Business Management with a concentration in Sports Entertainment. Zach ended his senior campaign with 52 points and was a large part of the team's success in 06-07. Tanner Bacik, a native from Fort Myers, Florida, is nearing the end of his college hockey career. Bacik has been with the program since January 2003 and has been the foundation of the defense core for quite some time. As Tanner looks to graduate, he stills has one semester of eligibility remaining. If Tanner decides not to return, he will leave behind a great legacy as one of the all-time best defenseman in FGCU Hockey history. On behalf of the entire program, we wish both of these first class student athletes the very best in all their future endeavors. |
