Coach Brinkworth Inducted Into RPI Hockey Ring of Honor
Bob Brinkworth Will Join Exclusive Group of Players!

Coach Bob Brinkworth, a graduate of Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute, is to be honored by his alma mater on November 7, 2009 for his outstanding contributions to the hockey team. This will occur during an Eagle road trip to New York so that Eagles players will be able to attend. Briefly, coach Bob was one of the best to play for the cherry and white. He attained many awards including ECAC Sophomore of the Year and ECAC Player of the Year and All-American following his final two seasons with the team. He will be inducted into the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Hockey Ring of Honor where he will be in the company of such notables as Adam Oates and Ned Harkness. During his tenure as a player, this quiet and unassuming man led his team to a record of 44-27-1. |
